Founder & Managing Partner
Terrell Jones is a Southern native whose military family roots took him across multiple states before settling in Atlanta, Georgia. As the youngest of two sisters, sports became more than a pastime - it was where he learned discipline, teamwork, and the importance of physical well-being. That passion led him to Morehouse College, where he played football while earning a B.A. in Business Finance.
Today, Terrell leads the Underwriting and Advisory services at ToT Management., bringing a strategic and analytical approach to helping businesses grow. Throughout his career, he has developed financial models for Fortune 500 companies that contributed to more than $40 Million in Net Revenue growth over planned and managed business portfolios with an Enterprise Value exceeding $3 Billion.
Outside of his professional work, Terrell remains committed to living an active lifestyle, competing in endurance races and championing health awareness initiatives. He is passionate about helping local communities understand the long-term impact of health, wellness, and preventive care.
